For years, we have dedicated ourselves to developing scripts and programs, constantly honing our skills and pushing our products toward perfection. We’ve focused on enhancing every feature, making sure they perform at their best.
However, we realized something crucial along the way: we overlooked the importance of the information our programs provide.
A plain black terminal, green bars, and a running price—does that really keep you fully informed? While it may suffice for basic analysis or open news sources, it falls short when it comes to your Expert Advisor, which works silently in the background, leaving you unaware of what’s truly happening “under the hood.”

Blocks
The dashboard for the Expert Advisor is a block on the chart where the Advisor is installed, containing information about our Expert Advisor (EA).
Information Blocks in EA Pad PRO:
Version, License, and Account Status: Displays the EA’s current version, license details, and its readiness to function on the current trading account.
Extra Buttons: Includes emergency management buttons for quick control of the Advisor, allowing you to take immediate action when needed.
Strategy Info: Provides key data about the current strategy and the internal variables that drive the EA’s operation, though these variables are not user-controlled.
Symbol Info: Shows detailed specifications of the current Symbol, including swap rates, spread, stop levels, tick size, and the cost per tick.
Current Target: Displays information related to open trades, such as current profit, lot size, and targets for Stoploss and TakeProfit.
Profit by Date: Summarizes the closed profit generated by the EA over various time periods, including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance.
Account Info: Presents crucial details about the trading account, such as balance, free margin, equity, drawdown, and available lots for opening new positions.
Inputs Info: Displays the values of the most frequently used external variables, offering quick access to the key settings in use.
Customization:
Each block can be turned off individually in the EA’s settings. Alternatively, you can click directly on the block name to hide or show the desired section.

Features of the Expert Advisor (EA) Panel
Universal Block System: The core blocks of the Expert Advisor are common across all our experts, ensuring they function consistently, using the specific Magic Number and Symbol they were set up with.
Custom External Parameters: While the main structure is shared, each EA has its own unique set of external and strategy parameters. These blocks are programmed individually to suit the specific needs of each Expert Advisor.
Efficient Visualization: In the Strategy Tester, during Visualization mode, our EA Pad PRO updates every 10 seconds to save time. When testing without visualization or optimizing the Expert Advisor, the panel automatically turns off.
Customizable Panel: You can adjust the font size and the panel’s dimensions directly on the chart. The size of the panel automatically adapts to the selected font size.
Maximized Information Display: The dashboard takes up a significant portion of the chart to display all relevant information, reducing the need for a plain black screen while the EA is working. Despite this, half of the chart remains free for your actions.
Panel Control:
Minimize the Panel: Click the icon to minimize the panel.
Remove the Panel: Click the icon to disable and remove the panel from the chart.
Control Buttons: The panel offers three additional buttons for controlling the Expert Advisor:
Stop TRADES: Completely stop the Expert Advisor.
CLOSE ALL: Close all trades and orders opened by the EA, based on its Magic Number and Symbol.
MODIFY Only: Prevent the Expert Advisor from opening new trades, but continue managing existing positions, including averaging and other functions.
Installing EAPADPRO Fonts
Attention: Our panel uses the Webdings and Wingdings fonts!
If these fonts are not installed on your system, you will see incomprehensible symbols. You will need to install them.
To install the fonts, start the files one at a time and click the Install button:
Description of the Main Unit
The dashboard is designed for ease of use, ensuring that every feature is intuitive for users. We’ve structured it to provide seamless navigation and quick access to vital information.
Let’s break down each block for a better understanding:
Main Unit:
Displays information about the current version of the Expert Advisor, the date of compilation, and the type of License used by the Expert Advisor.
Types of Licenses:
FREE: A free version of the Expert Advisor, available for use on any account.
DEMO: A demo version of the EA, downloaded from our site. It works on any demo account and on live accounts for the USDJPY pair or another pair specified by the author.
TESTER: A version downloaded from the marketplace, functioning only in the Strategy Tester.
FULL: The officially purchased version from the MQL Market.
TIME: A rented version of the EA, available for use over a specific period.
Buttons on the Top of the EAPadPRO:
Question: Access help, descriptions, and links to the full guide on the Expert Advisor.
Settings: Open the EAPADPRO advisor settings.
Expand/Collapse Panel: You can collapse or expand the panel by double-clicking on the title bar.
Exit: Minimize the panel on the chart.
Important Notes:
When you close the EAPADPRO, the Expert Advisor will continue working.
To turn the EAPADPRO back on, simply click the logo of our Advisor on the chart.
The next line displays the name of the Expert Advisor. In this block, there are also control buttons for the panel: Minimize the panel and Close the panel.
Is the EA at Work? Green and Red Smile
The status line indicates the Advisor’s operation. There are two states and eight reasons why the Advisor might stop working:
EA Works – The Advisor is operating correctly. Wait for signals or for the Advisor to manage the transaction. No common errors were found!
EA Doesn’t Work – The Advisor is not operating. The next line will describe the reason for stopping work:
Reasons Why Expert Advisor Does Not Work:
Stop TRADING – Pressing the Stop Trading button stops the Expert Advisor! It will not execute the algorithm: no opening, no closing, no modification, etc.
The Advisor remains in full stop mode until you press the START TRADE button again.
ONLY MODIFY – You pressed the MODIFY ONLY button. Now, the Expert Advisor is allowed only to modify already opened trades and orders without opening new ones!
The Expert Advisor will continue to execute functions such as support for open positions, Stop Loss, Take Profit, closing of total profit and losses, Trailing Stop, Breakeven, averaging, additional openings, and other strategy-related functions.
When the MODIFY ONLY button is pressed, the Expert Advisor will not process any new signals from strategies and indicators.
AutoTRADING Check – Check the AUTOTRADING / Algo Trading button on your terminal:
Automatic trading is allowed, and trading functions in running programs are approved for use.
Automated trading is disabled, so running programs will operate without executing trading functions.
Allow Live Trading Checkbox – You are not allowed to trade on your account with an Expert Advisor unless you enable this option:
In the Expert Advisor settings, click Allow Live Trading.
INVEST – You are trading on an Investment Account with an Invest password.
On this account, you are prohibited from performing trading activities with your password.
NoSymbol — Trading this symbol is prohibited! The broker has banned trades on this symbol. Right-click in the Market Watch, select Display All Symbols, find a symbol with a suffix (for example, _i, .m, s), and drag it to the chart!
Please find a symbol with a suffix or one that is allowed for trading.
Is your symbol grayed out? That means this symbol is not allowed to be traded by your broker.
NOEATRADE – Trading permits for an Expert Advisor on the current account are banned! The broker has prohibited trading by Expert Advisors on this account. Notify your broker. (AutoTrading / Algo Trading disabled by the server):
There is no connection with the trading server.
The trading account has been transferred to read-only mode (archived).
The trading account is forbidden by the trading server.
Connection to the trading account is made in Investor mode.
No connection – There is no connection with the broker. Check your internet connection, Hub settings, or connect a VPS from MetaQuotes.
You can find this option by clicking the left mouse button on the “No connection” label in the bottom right corner of your MetaTrader.
Once you run a re-scan, MetaTrader looks for the best available server and will then attempt to connect you.
Market Closed! – The trading session for this symbol is closed for trading.
Please wait until the market opens.
You can find out the trading sessions in the contract specification in Market Watch.
VPS MQL – The status of the Expert Advisor operation if it was launched on the server from VPS MQL MetaQuotes.
When the Expert Advisor is running on the server from MetaQuotes, a message will appear on your home computer indicating that Expert Advisors are running on the VPS MQL MetaQuotes server. The status indicator will be a blue smiley face.
Attention: If an Expert Advisor is launched on both the server and the home computer, it can trade in parallel on two terminals (server VPS MQL MetaQuotes and home computer), which may cause conflicts.
Attention: If the Expert Advisor is launched on the server VPS MQL MetaQuotes, do not enable it to work on the home computer to avoid conflicts.
The frequency of polling the work status on the server is once per day.
After deinitializing the Expert Advisor on the server, its status will be set to stopped.
To test the work on the server from VPS MQL MetaQuotes, pending orders are created!
Description of Blocks
Extra Buttons 1 Block:
In our information panel, you have the opportunity to run an Expert Advisor.
Stop Trading – Completely stop the Expert Advisor!
In this mode, the Expert Advisor completely stops its work on this account.
Opening, closing, averaging, trailing stop, and other functions of the Expert Advisor are disabled!
CLOSE ALL – Close all trades and orders opened by the current Expert Advisor on the magic number and Symbol.
MODIFY Only — Prevents the Expert Advisor from opening new deals from new signals, while the existing deals will be followed, modified, closed, and deleted. Averaging will continue to work until the entire series of trades is closed!
In this mode, the Expert Advisor continues to support already opened trades (Averaging, Trailing Stop, modification).
But the Expert Advisor cancels new strategy signals.
Extra Buttons 2 Block:
In our information panel, you have the opportunity to open positions unexpectedly.
These options work in the strategy tester!
To activate these buttons (BUY, SELL, LOTS) on the live chart, you can turn them on in the EA settings.
Additionally, in the EAPADPRO settings, you can adjust the MagicNumber of the deals and the Confirmation Box!
SELL – Open a SELL position with the specified lot!
BUY – Open a BUY position with the specified lot!
LOTS – The number of lots for positions will be opened from the EAPADPRO panel when you press SELL or BUY.
This is an additional opening of positions with a magic number, which is specified in the advisor settings.
After opening, the advisor’s algorithm will manage this position.
A useful function is when an advisor waits for a signal for a long time or when you need to open a position so that the advisor manages it (modified, averaged, executes its algorithm, and so on).
Attention: When you click on the button to open positions, the Expert Advisor will display a confirmation window.
This is done to prevent the user from accidentally clicking the open button.

Strategy Info Block
A block that displays the basic information about this strategy.
This is an individual unit, and for each Expert Advisor, personal information will be displayed here. For example, the EXP- The xCustomEA advisor:
Loss by Series – The current loss in a series of orders that are not yet closed by Take Profit. The loss from closed deals on Stop Loss or the loss from the last open series is taken into account.
PCS in Series – The number of transactions that have already participated in this series.
Next Lot – The next lot that will be opened on the next pending order.
Next Martin – The next martingale will be used in calculating the lot. This line is useful to inform you if you have set the MartingaleFix parameters for the expert.
Volatility – Indicates whether filtering of signals by Volatility is on or off.
Current Volatility – Shows the currently calculated Volatility of this pair.
Inputs Info Block
A block that displays information about the Expert Advisor‘s current settings (important inputs).
Since each advisor is individual, this block will display information about the main settings of the Expert Advisor. These settings are used most often. For the convenience of tracking advisors, you can view the settings panel without opening it.
The level of the drawdown, Take Profit / Stop Loss, the established lot or martingale, etc.
Symbol Info Block
A block that displays the basic information for this Symbol:
Spread – The current spread. If the spread is floating, the corresponding icon will be indicated (F).
StopLevel is the current minimum level of stops on the server.
This level, in points, is the minimum allowed for order placement.
The Expert Advisor automatically calculates the minimum stop depending on the currency pair.
If your specified StopOrdersDistance, Take Profit, Stop Loss, or Trailing Stop parameter is less than the minimum, the Expert Advisor automatically sets the values to the lowest possible.
Swap BUY SELL – Shows swap levels for the Symbol.
Tick Value \ Size – Shows the cost of one tick at the current price of the current Symbol on the current account. Displays the size of 1 tick in points.
Min Lot \ Step – Shows the minimum lot and the lot increment step for this account.
The current deals (Positions) of magic and “trade symbol”. It also shows the number of open trades.
Profit by Date Block:
A block that displays information about closed deals by magic and “trade symbol” for Today, Yesterday, Week, Month, Year, and the entire history.
The information is displayed in dollars and percentages, and the number of transactions is shown.
Account Info Block
A block that displays information about the current account:
Balance – The current account balance.
Equity – Current funds in the account.
Free Margin – Free margin available.
Free Lots – Current free lots that can be opened on the account.
Profit – Current account profit from all deals.
Drawdown – The current level of drawdown on the account in percent.
Current Target Block
This is a block that displays information about the current Stop Loss / Take Profit goals, the current profit or loss, the lot, and the number of open trades.
Target SL TP – The goal of Stop Loss / Take Profit is calculated based on the current open trades in the magic and Symbol. All values are summarized and displayed in points and deposit currency.
Profit BUY SELL – Displays information about the currently open transactions by magic and Symbol, in points, and the deposit currency.
Lots BUY SELL – Displays the number of lots for the Buy/Sell deals in the account and the current Symbol (magic).
Testing Speed and Pause, Current Open Positions Table
In the mode of visualization and testing of our advisors, it is possible to control the speed of testing from the tester’s graphics.
This is convenient, primarily to avoid using the speed in the terminal and to control the speed directly from the advisor.
I also added such useful features as PAUSE when testing.
You have the opportunity to stop the advisor by clicking the Pause button.
It is also possible to automatically stop the work of an Expert Advisor when opening or closing a position.
This allows you to analyze the actions of the advisor more accurately and make timely decisions.
These options are turned off by default. You can enable them by clicking on the appropriate checkboxes.
Additionally, in visualization mode, a block of current open positions has appeared.
For MT4, this is undoubtedly a significant advantage because, in the tester, MT4 does not display the current deals table in the terminal.
You have the opportunity to monitor the progress of testing and analyze current open deals.
Panel Settings
Update Info
UpdateInfo – Time interval to update data on the EAPADPRO panel. The lower this value, the faster the data is updated and the greater the memory load. AutoMinimize – Time after which the PANEL is automatically minimized on the chart. This is needed to save memory.
SIZE
By clicking on the “Settings” button at the top of our panel, you open the settings page:
You can choose the font size of the information display (Minimum size = 7).
FontAutoSize – Automatic font size determined by the width of the chart.
LANGUAGE
You can also select the panel language (The language of your terminal automatically determines the display language).
Now, we have English, Українська, Español, Português, Deutsch, Français, Italiano, 中文, 日本語, 한국어, Русский, and Türkçe.
Attention! The panel language is synchronized with the language of your terminal. To enable your preferred language, your terminal must be set to that language.

Positions Info on the Chart
– Added a function for displaying information about positions (opening price, stop loss, take profit) on the chart where the panel is installed.
All positions (deals) are shown by the current magic number and the symbol from which this panel was launched.
When hovering over the information window, additional information is displayed.
Closed Positions Info on the Chart
Information about profit from closed positions on the chart.
The information is displayed for each bar of the current timeframe. You can change the timeframe to see the trading results on a specific bar of the current timeframe. If several positions/deals are closed on one bar of the current timeframe, the trading result is summarized, and the total information for that bar is displayed. The information is updated when the next position/deal is closed. You can disable showing history in the panel settings.
NOTICE by Alert, Push, Sound, Telegram, and InfoBox
– Added the ability to notify the user about actions on the account (opening price, closing, modification, errors) using PUSH, Alert, Sound, and InfoBox.
– Automatic demo account detection and disabling of notifications on the demo account (User can enable notifications in the panel settings).
By default, the real account includes information on the phone via PUSH and Sound.
Notification of errors and opening/closing of trades to the chart in the form of InfoBox. Notifications are shown for four types: — Opening a new trade; — Closing a trade; — Modifying a trade; — Receiving an error from the Expert Advisor (EA) from the server; In the EAPADPRO panel settings, you can enable or disable the notification types you need. Notifications can be viewed as they arrive in the notification queue. Notifications are accumulated in a data array each time you install, reinstall, or change EA settings. In the EAPADPRO header, you can also enable or disable the INFOBOX.
Telegram Bot and Telegram Channel
Working with Telegram (Beta version) For the Expert Advisor (EA) to work with the Telegram Bot, you need to set up the bot on your phone and create a “public” or “private” channel. To receive notifications from your account, you need to assign your bot as an administrator of your “public” or “private” channel. Attention! Sending notifications and processing commands consumes computer resources! Use the Telegram Bot only for your personal needs.
Notice Open TG – Sends a notification to the Telegram channel when a trade is opened;
Notice Close TG – Sends a notification to the Telegram channel when a trade is closed;
Notice Modify TG – Sends a notification to the Telegram channel when a trade is modified;

When an advisor opens a Position (Deals) or closes a Position (Deals), our EAPADPRO Panel can save a screenshot (image) of the chart where it is installed. You can view and analyze the chart (graph) when our Expert Advisor (EA) opens or closes a Position (Deals).

Effect of EAPADPRO on the Speed of the Advisor Algorithm
We specifically tested our panel under extreme conditions, as well as in the strategy tester!

Does the Expert Advisor work if the panel is enabled?
Answer:
Yes! Displaying the panel does not affect the working algorithm of the Expert Advisor.
For example, we used our high-speed scalper Exp-TickSniper PRO FULL. This Expert Advisor (EA) operates on tick speed, so its performance is indicative of evaluating the performance impact of our panel:
– Improvement: Code optimization to increase speed. – Improvement: The speed of the panel update in the strategy tester is now calculated automatically based on the speed of quote arrivals. This is done to enhance the program’s speed in the strategy tester. Information updates are now set to 1 real second. – Improvement: The speed of the program running EAPADPRO in the strategy tester. Attention! Events in the strategy tester are processed only when a new tick is created. If a new tick (minimum price movement) is not created, the panel waits for the next tick.

Why are there different results when visually testing and standard testing?
During visual testing, indicators are calculated at each tick.
In the Strategy Tester, indicators are only calculated when their data are accessed, i.e., when the values of indicator buffers are requested.
This provides significantly faster testing and optimization speed if you do not need to obtain indicator values on each tick.
By specifying the tester_everytick_calculate property, you can enable the forced calculation of the indicator on every tick.
Indicators in the Strategy Tester are also forcibly calculated on every tick in the following cases:
