I purchased a product, but it won't install. Help!

This is usually an MQL5 authorization issue. Please follow these steps:
1. Open your Terminal > Tools > Options > Community tab.
2. Login with your MQL5 login (not email!).
3. Check the "Market" tab in the Toolbox window.
4. If the "Install" button is missing, make sure you have available Activations left in your MQL5 profile.

How many computers can I use the license on?

Standard MQL5 Market licenses come with at least 5 Activations.
• 1 Activation = 1 PC (or VPS).
• You can use unlimited terminals on the same computer/VPS.
• If you change your VPS or major hardware (CPU/HDD), you will need to use a new activation.

The EA is attached, but not opening trades. Why?

Check the following checklist:
1. Is the "AutoTrading" (Algo Trading) button green on the top toolbar?
2. Is there a smiley face (MT4) or a blue hat (MT5) in the top-right corner of the chart?
3. Check the "Experts" or "Journal" tab for error messages like "Error 131" (Invalid Volume) or "Error 4109" (Trading not allowed).
4. Ensure your broker allows EA trading.

How do I update to the latest version?

Updates are always free. To update:
1. Open the "Market" tab in your terminal (CTRL+T).
2. Navigate to the "Purchased" tab.
3. If a new version is available, you will see a blue "Update" button next to the product name. Click it and restart the terminal.

Where can I find .set files (settings)?

We provide sample settings on our website, but we strongly recommend creating your own. Every broker has unique spreads and time zones. Use the Strategy Tester to optimize the EA for your specific broker conditions to get the best results.

Do I need a VPS for trading?

Yes, highly recommended. A VPS (Virtual Private Server) ensures your terminal stays online 24/7 without power or internet interruptions. This is crucial for trailing stops and logic continuity.
