Privacy & Cookie Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Expforex (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes information when you use our website: https://expforex.com/ (the “Website”).
Website operator / data controller: Expforex, operator of https://expforex.com/.
Privacy contact: privacy, account data, unsubscribe and deletion requests can be submitted through our contact page: https://expforex.com/contacts/.
Privacy-related requests should be submitted through the official Website contact page.
2) What data we collect
2.1 Contact form and support requests
When you contact us via the contact form, support forms, AI-assisted support tools, comments, reviews, or email, we may collect the following data you provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Subject
- Your message
- Product, article or page related to your request, where applicable
- Attachments you upload or send, for example logs, screenshots, reports, bug reports, set files, zip archives or other files needed for technical support
We use this information to respond to you, provide customer and technical support, review bug reports, troubleshoot issues, moderate comments or reviews, route requests to the correct product or article, and improve our products and documentation.
2.2 Newsletter and product update subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter or product update emails, or if you enable product update notifications in your Expforex account, we may collect and process:
- Your email address
- Your preferred language
- Your subscription status and unsubscribe status
- The date and time when update emails were sent to you
- Email campaign metadata, such as email subject, language, campaign type, message ID, and delivery/statistics information
- Information about product updates, blog posts, demo/free follow-ups, account activation messages, or other Website updates included in emails sent to you
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, by changing your profile settings where available, or by contacting us at https://expforex.com/contacts/.
For manual or custom email campaigns, we may store campaign drafts, language-specific subject lines, message body, button URLs, images or media references, audience settings, queue status, recipient identifiers, recipient email addresses, preferred language, customer or subscription status, send status, delivery response, error response, message ID, campaign ID and timestamps.
Email delivery logs may include whether an email was queued, sent, failed, skipped, paused, delayed or suppressed. Some non-deliverable, duplicate, imported, suppressed or technical recipients may be skipped to avoid unnecessary or inappropriate emails.
Emails may include standard unsubscribe links and mailbox-provider one-click unsubscribe headers. When you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal suppression or unsubscribe record to make sure we do not send you further product update or newsletter emails.
2.3 User account and personal profile
If you create or use an Expforex account or personal profile on the Website, we may collect and store account-related information, including:
- Your account email address, username, display name, first name and last name if provided
- Your preferred language and language source
- Your account source, for example direct registration, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, MQL5.community sign-in, imported/legacy account, or admin-created account
- Your WordPress user role or internal account group, for example subscriber, Google user, Apple user, MQL5 user, market subscriber, verified customer, unsubscribed user, or similar internal labels
- Account creation date, profile update date, last login/last activity information where available
- Profile settings, including product update email opt-in/opt-out status
- Security and session data needed to keep you logged in and protect your account
Your personal account page may display information such as your recent downloads, update availability, email subscription status, profile information, comments, reviews, saved simulator results, account notices, and other account activity. Account pages are intended to be private and accessible only to the logged-in account owner and authorized Website administrators.
2.4 Sign-in with Google, Apple or MQL5.community
If you sign in or connect your account using a third-party login provider such as Google, Apple or MQL5.community, we may receive and store information returned by that provider, depending on the provider and your authorization:
- Provider user ID or account identifier
- Email address, where provided and verified
- Display name, username, nickname or login
- Profile picture URL, where provided
- Connection status and connection date
- Technical OAuth metadata needed to complete login, link accounts, prevent abuse, and return you to the correct Expforex page after login
For Google sign-in, Google may provide your email address, Google user identifier, name and profile picture. For MQL5.community sign-in, MQL5.community may provide your MQL5 identifier, login/nickname and available profile information. If MQL5.community does not provide a real email address, the Website may create a local technical placeholder email address only to maintain the WordPress account record.
If Sign in with Apple is enabled, Apple may provide a unique Apple user identifier, email address where shared, relay email address where used, name where provided, and authentication metadata needed to create or connect your Expforex account.
Third-party login providers process your data under their own privacy policies and account settings.
2.5 Downloads and product activity
When you are logged in and download files from the Website, open product pages, click product buttons, or interact with Expforex product-related features, we may record product activity in your profile, including:
- Downloaded product or file name
- Download ID and related product/page ID
- Product version
- Download category or type, for example FREE, DEMO or other download type
- Download URL, release/product URL and referring page
- Date and time of download
- Browser user agent associated with the download request
- Recently viewed Website content, such as product pages, blog posts, documentation pages, videos or related pages, for logged-in users
- MQL5 Market button clicks or intent information, such as product ID, buy/rent link type, source page and click date
We use this data to show your personal download history, remind you about available product updates, improve product support, avoid sending irrelevant emails, and understand which products or documentation are useful to users.
2.6 Download access protection and eligibility checks
To protect the Website, prevent abuse, reduce automated or suspicious downloads, and apply product download rules, we may perform download eligibility checks before allowing access to certain files.
These checks may use account data, download history, subscription status, product/download type, approximate location information derived from technical request data, and security or access-control signals.
For this purpose, we may store access protection logs, including user ID, email address, product or download identifiers, download type, action taken, security rule category, approximate country or region where available, masked or hashed IP address, request context, date/time, and administrator action data where a manual restriction is applied.
Some checks may automatically allow, delay, warn, or block access to certain free, demo, or other downloads. These checks are used for security, abuse prevention, download policy enforcement, and Website reliability. You may contact us if you believe a download restriction was applied incorrectly.
2.7 Purchase claims, review claims and legacy purchase data
Some account features allow you to mark that you purchased or reviewed an Expforex product, for example to help us verify customer status, show internal badges, or improve support. If you use these features, we may process information you provide, such as:
- Product name or product ID
- Purchase date
- Transaction/order identifier if provided
- License type, for example full license or rental
- Platform/terminal type, for example MT4 or MT5
- MQL5 nickname or profile information if provided
- Review URL and review date if provided
- Claim status and verification timestamps
If we have imported historical Expforex shop records, your account may also contain legacy purchase-related information such as old product names, product IDs, purchase counts and first/last purchase dates. Such data is used for support, account continuity, customer verification, and product communication. Purchases made through MQL5 Market are also subject to MQL5.com terms and privacy practices.
2.8 AI chat, support context and account-related assistance
If the Website provides an AI chat, chatbot, AI-assisted contact form, or AI-powered support assistant, we may process:
- Your chat messages and prompts
- AI replies, summaries or links to AI conversations where available
- Technical identifiers such as IP address, device/browser data and timestamps
- Conversation metadata needed to operate, secure and improve the chat feature
- Source page URL, product context, article context or request type where relevant
When you submit a support request while logged in, we may attach limited internal account context to the support request, such as relevant product downloads, account activity or product identifiers. This is used only to help us understand your issue faster and provide better support.
Important: Depending on the Website configuration, AI chat messages or AI-related prompts may be processed locally on the Website and/or transmitted to external AI providers if such providers are connected in the Website settings. External providers process data under their own privacy terms.
The Website may use automated or semi-automated routing tools to classify support messages, contact form submissions, AI chat messages, comments, reviews and related context. This may include detecting the likely product, article, language, request type, support category, bug report, idea, review, question or documentation target.
When you use AI chat, Contact Router, “Create Request” features or similar tools, we may process your message, chat context, source page URL, detected product/article, language, request type, logged-in user ID, email address, IP address, user agent and technical metadata. This information may be used to create a support request, route it to the correct product page or support inbox, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, and improve support quality.
AI and routing tools are used to assist support and moderation. They do not make legally binding decisions about you. Support requests, reviews, bug reports, ideas, questions and public comments may be reviewed by Website administrators before publication or final action.
2.9 Comments and reviews on the Website
If comments or reviews are enabled on any pages and you leave a comment, review, question, bug report, idea or support-related message, we may collect the data shown in the relevant form. We may also process technical data such as your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection and protect the Website.
If your account is associated with verified purchase or review information, the Website may use internal account metadata to display support/customer-related indicators, where such features are enabled.
Support requests, reviews, bug reports, ideas and questions may be stored with moderation status, product mapping, article mapping, language, user account data, guest email, source URL, attachments, administrator replies, AI draft replies, approval status, hidden/spam status, resolved status and timestamps.
2.10 Public review imports from external platforms
We may import or reference publicly available Expforex product reviews, comments, ratings, usernames/nicknames, review dates, product links and source URLs from external platforms such as MQL5.community, where such reviews relate to Expforex products.
Imported public reviews may be used to display testimonials, maintain product review history, verify product reputation, prevent duplicates, and improve support and documentation. Imported review records may include platform source identifiers, product IDs, rating information, review text, public author name/nickname, source URL, import timestamp and moderation status.
If you want to request removal or correction of a review displayed on Expforex, please contact us through the contact page. Removal from Expforex does not remove the original review from the external platform.
2.11 Custom site notices and account notifications
The Website may show account notices, update alerts, product reminders, review reminders, blog/news notices or other informational messages. To avoid showing the same message repeatedly and to show relevant notices, we may store:
- Notice display or dismissal status
- Notice signature or identifier
- Date and time when a notice was shown, dismissed, opened or published
- Basic eligibility data, such as language, product activity, subscription status or verified customer status
These notices are used to improve user experience and to communicate relevant account, product or website information.
2.12 Email click tracking and attribution
When we send product update emails, newsletter emails or account-related emails, links inside the email may use first-party Expforex tracking links. If you click such a link, we may record:
- The fact that a link was clicked
- Message ID, campaign type and user ID associated with the email
- Target page or action, for example profile visit, product page visit, password setup, download after email, MQL5 click, or unsubscribe
- Date and time of the interaction
This helps us measure whether emails are useful, avoid duplicate follow-ups, troubleshoot delivery issues, and improve future communications. We do not sell this data.
Email attribution may use first-party cookies or local identifiers to associate an email click with a later profile visit, password setup, product page visit, MQL5 click, download after email or unsubscribe action.
2.13 Social post and click analytics
When the Website publishes or prepares social posts and users click Expforex tracking links from social platforms, we may collect click analytics such as:
- Target URL and source/referrer URL
- Social platform name
- Date and time of click
- Hashed IP address and partial IP/network information
- User agent, browser, operating system and device type
- Approximate country or region derived from technical request data where available
- Bot detection flag
- Logged-in user ID if the visitor is logged in
This information is used to measure Website traffic from social posts, detect bots and abuse, improve content quality, and understand which pages or products are useful to visitors.
2.14 Social media comments, monitoring and reply assistance
Where enabled, we may monitor public comments and interactions on Expforex social media posts or pages, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, LinkedIn, MQL5.community or similar platforms used by Expforex.
For social comment monitoring and moderation, we may process public platform data such as platform name, post ID, comment ID, parent comment ID, public author identifier or name, comment text, links, language, moderation category, status, permalink URL, source URL, draft reply information, reply status and timestamps.
This data is used to detect support requests, spam, unsafe links, product questions, bug reports, feedback, and comments that may require an answer. Where AI tools are enabled, they may help draft a reply, but administrators may review, approve, edit or reject replies depending on Website settings.
Social platforms process your data under their own privacy policies and terms. If you interact with Expforex on an external social platform, your activity may also be visible publicly on that platform.
2.15 Technical and security data
Like most websites, we may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, cookies, request details, timestamps, error logs, security logs and similar diagnostic data. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, performance monitoring, fraud prevention, and maintaining stable Website operation.
Technical and security data may also be used for rate limiting, bot detection, suspicious activity checks, download protection, duplicate email prevention, spam prevention, login protection, form protection, AI/chat abuse prevention and administrator audit logs.
2.16 Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not intentionally collect your trading account passwords, broker passwords, payment card details, private keys, financial account credentials or payment card information. Please do not send sensitive access credentials through support forms, comments, AI chat or email. If you send logs, screenshots or attachments, please remove private credentials and confidential information before sending them.

- To provide customer and technical support
- To review bug reports, logs and attachments you send
- To verify purchase or review claims where applicable

4) Legal bases where applicable
- Consent – for example newsletter subscription, optional marketing/product emails, non-essential cookies where required, or optional third-party login connection.
- Contract or pre-contract steps – for example creating your account, providing downloads, responding to your support request, or maintaining your product-related profile.
- Legitimate interests – for example Website security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, product support, analytics, product improvement, email delivery statistics, remembering relevant account activity, download protection, spam prevention and communication quality control.
- Legal obligations – where we must retain or process certain data to comply with applicable laws, security obligations, dispute handling or official requests.
Automated or semi-automated checks, such as anti-spam checks, bot detection, download eligibility checks, duplicate email prevention, language detection, product/request classification, notification eligibility and social comment classification, are used for security, support, routing, moderation and user experience. They are not intended to make legally binding decisions about you without a possibility to contact an administrator.
5) Sharing of data
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited data with trusted service providers only as needed to operate the Website, provide services, secure the Website, send emails, process login requests, measure performance, publish or monitor public social content, or comply with legal obligations. These may include:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email delivery and newsletter tools
- Security, anti-spam and abuse-prevention services, including Google reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare or similar services
- Analytics and traffic measurement providers, including Google services and Microsoft/Bing services where configured
- Third-party login providers, such as Google, Apple or MQL5.community, when you choose to use those sign-in methods
- AI chat tooling and external AI providers, if such providers are connected in the Website settings
- Social media platforms and API providers, where Expforex publishes, monitors or responds to public social content through connected platform tools
- Website plugins and service providers required for account, download, email, security, analytics or support functionality
External platforms such as Google, Apple, MQL5.community, Microsoft, Cloudflare, AI providers, social platforms and embedded content providers process data under their own privacy policies and terms.
6) Anti-spam, security, and infrastructure services
6.1 Google reCAPTCHA
This Website may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse on forms. reCAPTCHA may collect information about your device and browsing activity as part of its security service. Google’s policies apply:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Terms: https://policies.google.com/terms
6.2 Cloudflare
We may use Cloudflare services for Website security, performance, and abuse prevention, including protection against malicious traffic. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and request/traffic data when you access our Website.
Cloudflare Privacy Policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
6.3 Turnstile or similar anti-spam checks
Where enabled, the Website may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti-spam checks on registration, login, password reset, contact, comment, review, support or other forms. These checks help protect the Website from automated abuse and may process technical request data under the provider’s privacy terms.
Turnstile or similar anti-spam tools may process client-side security signals such as IP address, user agent, browser/device signals, TLS-related signals, site key, origin, timestamps, challenge result and similar technical data. These checks are used to distinguish real users from bots and protect forms, comments, login, registration, support requests and downloads from abuse.
7) Analytics and traffic measurement
We may use analytics services to understand how visitors use the Website and to improve content, usability, security and performance. These services may use cookies and similar technologies and may process technical identifiers such as IP address, device/browser data, referral data and on-site activity events.
Examples of analytics providers may include Google services and Microsoft/Bing services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/
Analytics may also include first-party statistics for email clicks, downloads after email, external marketplace button clicks, social click attribution, bot filtering, approximate regional traffic analysis and content performance.
8) Cookies and similar technologies
8.1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies help websites work properly, remember preferences, keep users logged in, protect forms, measure traffic and improve user experience.
8.2 Cookie categories we may use
- Strictly necessary cookies – required for core Website functions, login, security, sessions, downloads and basic operation.
- Account and preference cookies – help remember your login state, language, profile preferences, pending downloads or dismissed notices.
- Security and anti-spam cookies – help protect forms and the Website from abuse, for example reCAPTCHA, Turnstile and Cloudflare-related mechanisms.
- Analytics cookies – help measure traffic and usage patterns, for example Google analytics and Microsoft/Bing-related measurement tools.
- Email attribution cookies – may remember that you clicked an Expforex email link so the Website can attribute a later profile visit, password setup or download to that email interaction. These cookies are first-party Expforex cookies and are normally limited in time.
- Embedded content cookies – third-party embeds such as videos, images, widgets or social content may set cookies as if you visited that third-party website directly.
8.3 Typical website cookies and local identifiers
Depending on your actions and the Website configuration, cookies or similar identifiers may include:
- Login/session cookies
- Language and preference cookies
- Pending download or redirect cookies used to continue a download after login
- Security cookies used to protect forms and prevent abuse
- Comment cookies, if comment features are enabled
- Analytics cookies used to measure traffic and improve the Website
- Email click attribution cookies used for limited campaign statistics and follow-up prevention
- OAuth state tokens used temporarily during Google, Apple or MQL5.community sign-in
8.4 Embedded content from other websites
Articles or pages may include embedded content, for example videos, images, widgets, social posts or other third-party content. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you visited that other website. Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with embedded content according to their own policies.
8.5 Cookie consent and controls
When required, we display a cookie notice or consent banner. You can also control cookies through your browser settings by blocking or deleting cookies. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect login, downloads, profile pages, security checks and other Website functionality.
8.6 First-party Expforex cookies and browser storage
The Website may use first-party Expforex cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage for limited Website functions, including:
- Email attribution cookies, used to attribute profile visits, password setup, downloads or external marketplace clicks after an email click.
- Pending download redirect cookies, used to continue a requested download after login.
- Content read cookies, used to avoid counting the same page view repeatedly within a short period.
- Notification localStorage keys, used to remember that a notice, alert, modal or teaser was seen, dismissed or opened, so the same message is not shown repeatedly.
- Language redirect sessionStorage keys, used to avoid repeated redirects after a preferred language change.
- OAuth/security temporary identifiers, used to protect login, redirect and account connection flows.
These first-party identifiers are used for account functionality, security, user experience, analytics and communication quality control. Blocking them may affect login, downloads, notices, preferred language behavior or email attribution.
9) Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution or abuse-prevention reasons.
- Account data: retained while your account exists and for a reasonable period after deletion where needed for security, legal, backup or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Profile activity and download history: retained to provide account functionality, product update reminders, technical support and user history. Some profile lists may be limited to the most recent items.
- Support requests and attachments: retained as long as needed to handle your request and maintain support history, unless longer retention is required for security or legal reasons.
- Newsletter and product update subscription: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, except minimal suppression/unsubscribe records may be retained to ensure we do not contact you again.
- Email history and campaign statistics: retained for delivery auditing, unsubscribe management, campaign troubleshooting, anti-spam compliance and communication quality control.
- Technical and security logs: retained for a limited period for security, debugging, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
- Comments, reviews and support requests: may be retained as long as the related content remains published or as long as needed for support history, moderation, abuse prevention or dispute handling, unless removed or anonymized.
- OAuth connection data: retained while your account is connected to the provider or while needed to maintain account login and security.
- Access protection logs: retained for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and rule auditing. These logs may be kept for a reasonable security period unless longer retention is needed for abuse prevention, legal claims or dispute handling.
- AI routing and support classification logs: retained for support quality, debugging, abuse prevention and moderation history. Logs may be limited, rotated, anonymized or deleted according to Website settings.
- Social comment monitoring records: retained while needed to manage replies, moderation, spam prevention, analytics and support history, unless removed earlier or retained longer for dispute, security or platform-compliance reasons.
- Custom email campaign queues: unsent queue items may be kept until sent, skipped, paused, deleted or expired. Sent history, unsubscribe/suppression records and delivery logs may be retained for auditing, anti-spam compliance and communication quality control.
- Imported public reviews: retained while the related testimonial, product page, review archive or support history remains relevant, unless removal or correction is requested and legally/technically possible.
- Backups: deleted data may remain temporarily in encrypted or restricted backups until those backups expire or are replaced.
10) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To submit a privacy request, contact us at https://expforex.com/contacts/. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, for example by confirming access to the account email address.
You may also contact us if you believe that a download restriction, email suppression, account classification, imported review, AI/contact routing result, social comment record, profile activity or email/social tracking record was applied or stored incorrectly. Where applicable, we will review, correct, delete, restrict or explain the relevant data.
Some data may be retained in limited form where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, accounting records or to respect unsubscribe requests.
10.1 Account deletion requests
You can request deletion of your Expforex account by contacting us at https://expforex.com/contacts/ and providing the email address associated with your account. After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data that is no longer required, which may include:
- Your WordPress user account and profile information
- Download history and product activity stored in your Expforex profile
- Preferred language and account settings
- Email subscription status, email history and campaign metadata, except minimal unsubscribe/suppression data where needed
- Google, Apple or MQL5.community connection identifiers stored on the Website
- Pending download data
- Purchase claims, review claims, simulator results, AI chat links and account notification history stored in your profile
- Where applicable, access protection records, AI routing records, social comment monitoring records and imported review links may be deleted, anonymized, limited or retained depending on legal, technical, security and moderation requirements
Some data may not be deleted immediately or may be retained in limited form where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, accounting records, or to respect unsubscribe requests. Account deletion on Expforex does not delete data held by external platforms such as Google, Apple, MQL5.community, Microsoft, Cloudflare, email providers, analytics providers, AI providers, social platforms or embedded content providers. You should contact those providers directly for requests relating to their services.
10.2 Unsubscribe is different from account deletion
Unsubscribing from emails stops product update or newsletter emails, but it does not automatically delete your Expforex account or profile history. If you want your account deleted, please submit an account deletion request as described above.
10.3 Complaints
If privacy or data protection laws in your location give you the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, you may do so according to the rules that apply in your jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
11) International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own depending on the location of our service providers, for example hosting, security, email, analytics, AI, OAuth/login, social platforms and anti-spam services. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
12) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. These may include access controls, account permissions, security plugins, anti-spam checks, HTTPS, no-cache controls for account pages, noindex controls for private profile pages, internal access restrictions, moderation queues, administrator-only tools and audit logs. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We may also use automated or semi-automated security checks, including bot detection, rate limiting, form protection, download eligibility checks, duplicate email prevention, suspicious activity checks, access-control rules, moderation queues and administrator audit logs. If you believe such a check was applied incorrectly, you may contact us through the contact page.
13) Children
The Website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14) Additional legal pages
For general website use rules and risk disclaimers, please also review:
- Terms of Use: https://expforex.com/terms-of-use/
- Disclaimer: https://expforex.com/disclaimer/
15) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy & Cookie Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
16) Contact
If you have any questions about privacy, cookies, account data, profile data, email subscription, data processing, download restrictions, AI/contact routing, social comment records, imported reviews or account deletion, contact us at https://expforex.com/contacts/.
